(1) The Board and the Authority shall carry out such directions as may be issued to them, from time to time, by the Government for the efficient administration of this Act and the Authority shall also carry out such directions as may be issued, from time to time, by the Board for the purpose. (2) In case of any dispute in connection with the exercise of its powers and discharge of its functions by the Board or any Authority under this Act, the decision of the Government on such disputes shall be final.
