(1) At least once in ten years from the date of approval of the State Perspective revision of Plan by the Government under sub..section (4) of section 9, the Board, with the State Per- assistance of the Chief Town Planner, shall review such plan and prepare a fresh spective Plan State Perspective Plan for a period of twenty-five years from the date of review after incorporating such modifications and amendments as may be necessary and submit the same for approval to the Government.
