(n) "University Grants Commission" means the University Grants Commission Established under section 4 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; (0) "Vice Chancellor" means the Vice Chancellor of a university, and includes the Director of a University; (p) "Principal" means principal of a Government College, University College, Engineering or Technological college, medical college or any such college established under the law.
