ln case there occurs any casual or temporary vacancy in any authority or body of the University, due to death, resignation or removal of a member, the same shall be filled, as early as possible, by the person or body who appoints or nominates the member whose place becomes vacant and the person appointed or nominated to the casual or temporary vacancy shall be a member of such authority or body for the residue of the term for which the person whose place he fills would have been member.
