The Committee may constitute a sub-committee to aid and advice the Commiltee in regard to all the matters concerning management and atfairs oi the Siddhesvara Dham. The composjtion, the term oi olllce and the procedure for the conduct of the business of the sub-committee shall be as may be prescrlbed. No movable property of a non-perishable nature oi which the Committee is in possession and the value of which s not less than ten thousand rupees and no jewelleries shall be sotd, pledged or olFe,wise atienated withoLt the orevious approval of the state Government. No immovable propedy taken possession of by the Commitlee shall be put out in any form or kansierred except with the previous sanction oi the State Governmenl.
