(1) This Act may be called the Sikkim Sewerage and Sewage Disposal Act, 1987. (2) It extends to the whole of Sikkim. (3) It shall come into foreeon such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint .and di- fferent dates may be appointed for different areas or different provisions of this Act.
