commencement (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 2sth day of October, J979· In the Sikkim Salaries and Allowances Act, 1977 (+ of 1977) - Amendment of section I, Section :3 and Schedule. (a) in sub-section (I) of section I. for the words "Sikkim Salaries and Allowances Act", the words "Sikkim Ministers, Speaker, Deputy Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly (Salaries and Allowances) Act" shall be substituted. (b) in sub-section (2) of section 3 for the words "and the Speaker" the words." ",the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker" shall be subs- tituted.
