/ On and immediately with effect from the extension to and en- ~!]6~:m Police Act, forcement in the State of Sikkim of the Police Act, 1861, the Sikkim Police Act, 1969, shall stand repealed and the entire Police establishment constituted under the Sikkim Police Act, 1969'shall be deemed to be constituted under the ,Provisions of the Police Act, .1861. ' 3.. Notwithstanding the repeal of the Sikkim Police Act, 1969, the repeal shall < not- (a) affect the previous operation of the said Act or anything duly done or suffered thereunder; or . , '. ' (b) affect any right, privilege, obligation ',or' liability- acquired, accrued or incurred under the said Act, or . .,. , . Saxings. I I 1'111 II II (2 ). (c) affect'any penalty.forfeiture or punishment incurred under the said Act; or.
