(1) The Committee shall annually submit to the State Government a report on the administration of the affairs of the places of pilgrimage at such times as the State Government may prescribe and such report shall be published forthwith by the Committee in the manner prescribed. (2) The report prepared and published under this section shall, as soon as possible, be laid before the State Legislature.
