(1) The District Collector, on receipt of such communication of the slim ;co- vcrable under sect ion 43 and on being satisfied wi th the demand, shall proceed to recover jt. (:2) Any sum so recoveree! shall be sent to the Gram Panchayat ,lne! shall be credited to the Cram Pancnayar Fund.
