In the Principal Act, in section 29:- (i) after clause (d), the following clause shall be inserted namely:- "(e) any member of Gram Panchayat being a member of any political party, if ceases to be the member of that political party, shall cease to be the member of Gram Panchayat from the same day he ceases to be the member of that political party". (ii) SUb-section "(4)" shall be omitted;
