The holder of a License under this Act shall keep accounts retaUng to ontine gamlng in such manner and submit to the Slate Government or to an officer authorized by the State Government in this behatf a stat€ment oi accounts in such iorm and al such lntervals as may be prescribed, Such acco!nts shall in padicular show the money paid by way oi stakes for every online game and such other parliculars as may bo prescribed. 14, lf any person liable underthe precoding Sectjon to keep accounts or to submilstatement oi accounts fails to keep accounts orto submit statement of accounls as requlred by thal Section or ke6ps accounis or submit stalemenls olaccounts which are ialse and which ho either (nows orbelloves io be false ordoos not belioveto be true, he shall, on convction, be punjshed wilh such fine as may be proscribed.
