1 [9. Funds of the Board.-- (1) The Indian Rubber Production Board constituted under the Rubber Control and Production Order, 1946, is hereby dissolved, and all funds and other property vested in, and all liabilities of, that Board shall respectively vest in, and be liabilities of, the Board constituted under this Act. 2 [(2) The Board shall maintain two funds, a general fund and a pool fund.]
