(1) An appeal shall lie to the Board of Revenue from an order of the Revenue Appellate Authority passed under Section 24 on appeal. (2) An appeal under sub-Section (1) may be brought within sixty days of the date of the order appealed from on any of the grounds mentioned in sub-Section (2) of Section 224 of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955 (Rajasthan Act 3 of 1955).
