In this Act, unless the subject or context otherwise requires:- (a) “Academic Council’' means the Academic Council of the University as constituted under section 24; (b) “Affiliated college” means an educational institution admitted to the privileges of the University; (c) “Board” means the Board of Management of the University constituted under section 22 (d) “Constituent College” means a college maintained by the university.
