Short title, extent and commencement. – (1) This Act may he called the Rajasthan Universities' Teachers (Absorption of Temporary Teachers) Act, 2008. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 12.6.2008.
