Declaration of trade and service providers under tourism sector as industry:- All trade and service providers in tourism sector are hereby declared as industry for all such purposes as are outlined in the tourism policy of the State Government or as may be declared by it from time to time which may include availability of incentives to recognized and registered tourism units, and concessions from State Government in accordance with the rules made by the State Government in this behalf as also for availability of finance through financial institutions in accordance with their norms and policies.
