Registration of manufacturer of bidis and exporters of tendu leaves.- (1) Every manufacturer of bidis and every exporter of tendu leaves shall get himself registered within such period, on payment of such fee and in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) Every manufacturer of bidis and every exporter of tendu leaves registered under sub-section (1) shall furnish such declarations, accounts and returns in such forms and to such officer and at such intervals as may be prescribed.
