Fine, excess charges and fare to be credited to the corporation (1) The amount of fine, excess charges and fare recovered under this Act shall be credited to the corporation. (2) Out of the amount received under sub-section (1), the corporation shall be liable to pay tax levied under the Rajasthan Passengers and Goods Taxation Act, 1959 (Rajasthan Act 18 of 1959.)
