(1) The State Government shall take appropriate measures to ensure that the trajectories of the operational and financial parameters in the financial restructuring plan are achieved within the stipulated time frame. (2)The State Government shall provide financial support to the State Distribution Licensees through the financing vehicle and shall ensure monitoring for achieving,- (i) the operational and financial trajectories included in the financial restructuring plan; and (ii) the measures as may be specified in the financial restructuring plan or any other financial restructuring scheme: Provided that these fiscal responsibilities shall be consistent with the budgetary constraints, if any.
