18.1 Presence of more than 50 of the ordinary members shall from a quorum of any General Meeting. 18.2 The special General Meeting may transact any business that would have been normally transacted by the Annual General Meeting. 18.3 If the General Meeting can not be held for want of quorum, it shall be adjourned to a late hours on the same day as may have been specified in the notice calling the meeting or to a subsequent date not earlier then seven days and not later then fifteen days and at such adjourned meeting, the business on the agenda of the original meeting shall be transacted whether there is a quorum or not.
