Any person who commits a breach of the provisions of section 85 shall on conviction be punished,-- (i) for a first offence with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees; (ii) for a second offence with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, but which shall not be less than two hundred and (iii) for a third and subsequent offence with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years and with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees.
