Eligibility for contesting elections. (1) All individual members are eligible to contest the elections of a Primary Sports Body. (2) Elected Office Bearers of all affiliated Primary Sports Bodies are eligible to contest the elections of a District Level Sports Association. (3) Elected Office Bearers of all affiliated District Level Sports Associations are eligible to contest the elections of a State Level Sports Association. (4) Anyone contesting an election must possess the qualifications prescribed in Schedule »C of this Act on the date of notification of the elections. CHAPTER - IV SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
