Short title, commencement and extent.- (1) This Act may be called The Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2005. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 18th August, 2004.
