Disqualification for membership of an authority :- A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities of the University, if he- * The Rajasthan Private University’s Law (Amended) Act, 2010 (No. 15 of 2010), the existing expression of “Chancellor”, “Vice-Chancellor” and “Pro-Vice-Chancellor” be substituted with “Chairperson”, “President” and “Pro- President” respectively Hkkx 4 ¼d½ jktLFkku jkt&i=] ekpZ 29] 2008 39 (44) (a) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; (b) is an undischarged insolvent; (c) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude; (d) is conducting or engaging himself in private coaching classes; or (e) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere.
