The Registrar.- (1) The Registrar shall be appointed by the Chairperson, in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes. 3(45) jktLFkku jkt&i= ebZ 2] 2012 Hkkx 4 ¼d½ (2) All contracts shall be signed and all documents and records shall be authenticated by the Registrar on behalf of the University. (3) The Registrar shall be the Member-Secretary of the Board of Management and Academic Council but he shall not have a right to vote. (4) The Registrar shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
