Disqualification for membership of an authority.- A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the aurhotities of the Univesrity, if he- (a) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; (b) is an undischarged insolvent; 43¼54½ jktLFkku jkt&i=] vDVwcj 5] 2018 Hkkx 4 ¼d½ (c) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude; (d) is conducting or engaging himself in private coaching classes; or (e) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere.
