Disqualification for membership of an authority: - A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities of the University, if he- Shri Jagdishprasd Jahabarmal Tibrewala University, Chudela (Jhunjhunu) Act, 2009 18 | P a g e (a) Is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; (b) Is an undercharged insolvent; (c) Has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude; (d) Is conducting or engaging himself in private coaching classes; or (e) Has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere.
