Ordinances:- Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, the Ordinances may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:- (a) The courses of study, admission or enrolment of students, fee, qualifications or conditions requisite for any degree, diploma, certificate or fellowship; (b) The conduct of examinations including the appointments of examiners and their terms and conditions; (c) The conditions for residing in any hostel or other place of residence run or maintained by the University, the levying of charges therefore and other related matters; (d) The recognition and supervision of hostels not run or maintained by the University; and (e) Any other matter required by this Act or the Statutes to be dealt by or under the Ordinances of the University.
