(1) The Board shall appoint the following Committees, namely:- (a) Committees of Courses, (b) An Examination Committee, (c) A Curriculum Committee, (d) A Recognition Committee, (e) An Evaluation Committee, (f) A Finance Committee, and (g) Such other Committees as may be prescribed, (2) The Finance Committee shall prepare the annual budget of income and expenditure and submit it to the Board for its approval and a copy of the approved budget shall be forwarded to the State Government. No new items of expenditure shall be incurred by the Board or its administrative or executive head, except with the prior permission of the Finance Committee. (3) Every Committee shall consist of such members of the Board and of such other persons as are prescribed by Regulations. (4) The term of the members shall be as prescribed by Regulations.
