Immunity to Board :-Except with the previous sanction of the State Government, no suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall be maintainable against the Board or any person acting under the direction of the Board or the President, member or any officer or servant of the Board or any body thereof in respect of anything lawfully and in good faith and with due care and attention done under this Act.
