Budget:- (1) The Board shall, within three months from taking charge of its office, and thereafter at least one month before the commencement of each official year prepare or cause to be prepared a budget for the succeeding year and shall consider and pass the same at a meeting before the commencement of the year. (2) A copy of the budget so passed shall be sent to the State Government which shall have a right to change, modify or curtail or enhance it and the budget so approved by the State Government shall be the budget of the Board for that financial year.
