Alienation of movable and immovable properties :- (1) No jewelleries or other valuable movable property of non-perishable nature of which the administration vests in the Board shall be transferred without the previous sanction of the Board, and if the value of the property to be transferred exceeds rupees ten thousand, the previous approval of the State Government shall also be necessary. (2) No immovable property attached or appertenant to the temple shall be leased for more than five years or mortgaged, sold or otherwise alienated without the previous sanction of the State Government.
