Office and meetings of the Board:- (1)The office of the board shall be at Mandphia, District Chittorgarh. (2) The quorum for a meeting of the Board shall be five. (3) Every meeting of the Board shall be presided over by the President and in his absence by a member to be chosen by the members present to preside for the occasion.
