Liability for Loss etc. :-Every member of the Board including the President shall be liable for the loss, wastes or misapplication of any money or other property belonging to, or constituting the endowment if such loss, waste or misapplication is a direct consequence of his wilful act or omission while holding office, and a suit for compensation may be instituted against him by the Board or by the State Government. 14.Remuneration to members:-Every member of the Board including the President shall be entitled to receive from out of the temple funds such travelling and halting allowances as may be prescribed.
