Disqualification for membership of an authority.- A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities of the University, if he- (a) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; (b) is an un discharged insolvent; (c) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude; (d) is conducting or engaging himself in Private coaching classes; or (e) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere.
