Repeal of Rajasthan Act 40 of 1961.- The Rajasthan Sagri System Abolition Act, 1961 (Rajasthan Act 40 of 1961) as amended by the Rajasthan Sagri System Abolition (Amendment) Ordinance, 1975 (Rajasthan Ordinance No. 11 of 1975) is hereby repealed.
