Contents of applications : (1) Every application to be made under section 6 shall contain all the information relevant to the proposed ropeway and may include- (a) a description of the undertaking and of the route to be followed by the proposed ropeway; (b) a description of the system of construction and management and of the advantages to the community to be expected from such ropeway; (c) an estimate of the cost of construction thereof; (d) a statement of the estimated working expenses and profits expected; (e) a statement of the maximum and minimum rates which it is proposed to charge; and (f) such maps, plans, sections and diagrams as may be prescribed and such other information as the licensing authority may require in order to form an idea of the proposal.
