Penalty.- Whoevercommits or abets, or attempts to commit a contravention of any of the provisions of this Act, or charges any fares contrary to the provisions of any notification issued under section 13 and for the time being in force shall on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
