(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Refuse (Conversion into Manure) Act, 1951. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan. (3) It shall apply to such municipalities as the State Government may, from time to time by notification in the Official Gazette specify. (4) It shall come into force at once
