Act not to apply to certain marriages. - This Act shall not apply to marriages solemnized under the Indian Christian Marriage Act, 1872 (Central Act No. 15 of 1872), the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act, 1936 (Central Act No. 03 of 1936) or the Special Marriage Act, 1954 (Central Act No. 42 of 1954).
