Finance Committee.- (1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:- (a) the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee; (b) the Principal Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan, Finance Department, or his nominee not below the rank of Deputy to the Government of Rajasthan; Hkkx 4 ¼d½ jktLFkku jkt&i=] vDVwcj 17] 2012 39(61) 61 (c) the Principal Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan, Higher Education Department, or his (d) nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan; (e) one member of the Board, to be nominated by the Board from amongst its non-official members; (f) two professors, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board; and (g) the Comptroller, who shall be the Member-Secretary of the Committee.
