inspection of pubic libraries and public library association.- The Director or an officer authorised by him in this behalf shall have power to inspect public libraries and public libraries associestion or any institution attached thereto or any institution conducting the training courses in libeaey service and library and 13 information sciense receving financil assistance ,for the purpose of satisfying himself that the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder are carried out.
