Payment of allowances to members of Council.-For the performance of their duties under this Act, the members of the Council or its committees shall be paid such allowances and at such rates ,as may be prescribed . CHAPTER III Director of Public Libraries 11.Director of public Libraries.- For the purposes of this Act, the existing Director of Language and Libraries shall be the Director of Public libraries.
