1. whoever contravenes any provision of sub-section (1) of section 17 or subsection (1), (2) and (5) of section 66 shall be published with time which may extend to five hundred rupees. 2. whoever contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made there under for the contravention of which no specific penalty has been provided shall be punished with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees.
