In this Act, unless the subject otherwise requires- (a) “Commission” means the Rajasthan Public Service Commission; and (b) “Jurisdiction” with reference to the Commission means the powers, duties and functions of the Commission under the constitution or any rules made under Article 309 thereof or under any law for the time being in force.
