Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Public Examination (Measures for Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Act, 2022. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Rajasthan. (3) It shall come into force on such date, as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
