The Commission shall have power to recover all sums due under this Act, whether by was of licence fees, fines of charges, in accordance with the provisions of the Rajasthan Public Demands Recovery Act, 1952 (Act No. 8 of 1952), as if any such sum were a public demand as defined in that Act or as arrears of land revenue under the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 (Act No. 15 of 1956) and hand over the amount due to the person or authority concerned.
