The Registrar: - (1) The Registrar shall be appointed by the Chairperson, in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes. (2)All contracts shall be signed and all documents and records shall be authenticated by the Registrar on behalf of the University. (3) The Registrar shall be the Member-Secretary of the Board of Management and Academic Council but he shall not have a right to vote. (4) The Registrar shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
