Application of General Fund: - The General Fund shall be utilized for meeting all expenses, recurring or non-recurring in connection with the affairs of the University: 43 Hkkx 4 ¼d½ jktLFkku jkt&i= ebZ 16] 2012 19¼43½ Provided that no expenditure shall be incurred by the University in excess of the limits for total recurring expenditure and total non-recurring expenditure for the year, as may be fixed by the Board of Management, without the prior approval of the Board of Management.
